Workaround :-

Data Not Turning On?;-1) try to set up apn 2)then toggle on the airplane mode then after a minute turn off the airplane mode.. if didn work, dial *#*#4636#*#* then phone information look for WCDMA preffered and change it to WCDMA only and after that Turn off radio. wait for 2 minutes then turn on radio and wait. then data will work, if not just reboot directly after that steps.hopefully it work.
